At Kimono KUREHA, you can check the product in its pre-tailored state from the comfort of your own home.

1. Please add the product to your cart, write "I would like to confirm in advance" in the "Add a note to order" field in your cart, and proceed to checkout.
   (Payment must be by credit card)
2. We will ship your pre-made product to your home within two business days, excluding outside of business hours.
3. Please check the product within two days of arrival and let us know your decision by email, our official LINE account, or phone.
4. Please return the item promptly using the same packaging as when it was delivered. If you purchased the item, please return it at a time that is convenient for you. After confirming your measurements, we will proceed with the tailoring process.
5. If you decide not to have your item tailored, we will cancel your order and process a refund (cancel your credit card payment) once we have received the returned item.

Product Handling

• Please handle the product with care.
• If the item becomes dirty or damaged while it is in your possession, we may charge you for repairs or ask you to purchase it.

<Shipping Fees>

• We will cover the shipping costs when we send the product to you.

• If you are not satisfied with the item and would like to return it, we ask that you pay the return shipping costs.

<Credit card payment process>

• If you pay by credit card, the invoice is not finalized at the time of your order (it is in a provisional receipt state).
• We will process your request or cancel your order within the next business day after receiving your reply.
• If we do not receive a reply from you within 7 days of placing your order, or if we are unable to find the returned item, we will confirm your request and contact you afterwards.
• Even if you cancel the tailoring, we will confirm your invoice after 7 days have passed, and once we have inspected the returned item, we will cancel your order and process your refund.

If you already have a kimono that has been tailored to your size, please let us know the measurements below. If you are unsure how to measure, we will provide you with instructions, so don't worry.

When ordering your kimono, we will ask you for the following measurements:

1. Height 2. Sleeve length Spread your arms at a 45° angle, press your arms from the base of your neck (cervical point) to your shoulders, and measure from the point where your wrists are covered by your ankles.
The length may differ between the left and right sides, so please measure both sides.

③Measure the top of your hips (the point where the number is largest).
Be careful to keep the tape measure level.

Returns Policy

• If the product is defective, dirty, or damaged, we will refund the full amount of the product price, shipping fee, and consumption tax.
• In the case of returns due to customer convenience, we will refund the product price and consumption tax (shipping costs will be charged).

• Returns of products will be accepted within 7 days of receiving the product .

• Products that have been used once, such as opened, with tags removed, damaged, soiled, worn, etc.
• Sale items or items marked as non-returnable

Return shipping fees

• Returns due to customer reasons will be at the customer's expense.
• If the product is defective, we will cover the cost.
