When choosing a kimono, there are probably many things that you are worried about if you only look at it on a screen.
At Kimono KUREHA, you can check the product in its pre-tailored state from the comfort of your own home.

- Please add the product to your cart, write "I would like to confirm in advance" in the "Add a note to order" field in your cart, and proceed to checkout.
(Payment must be by credit card) - We will ship your pre-made product to your home within two business days, excluding outside of business hours.
- Please check the product within two days of arrival and let us know your decision by email, our official LINE account, or phone.
- Please return the item promptly using the same packaging as when it was delivered. If you purchased the item, please return it at a time that is convenient for you. After confirming your measurements, we will proceed with the tailoring process.
- If you decide not to have your item tailored, we will cancel your order and process a refund (cancel your credit card payment) once we have received the returned item.
*For customers who live near our store, our staff can also bring the product directly to you. There are limited hours for us to visit, so please let us know if you would like this.

Product Handling
- Please handle the product with care.
- If the item becomes dirty or damaged while it is in your possession, we may charge you for repairs or ask you to purchase it.
<Shipping Fees>
- We will cover the shipping costs when we send the product to you.
- Please check the product and when returning it for tailoring, please use the return slip included. (Shipping costs will be borne by our store.)
- If you are not satisfied with the item and would like to return it, we ask that you pay the return shipping costs.
<Credit card payment process>
- If you pay by credit card, the invoice is not finalized at the time of your order (it is in a provisional receipt state).
- We will process your request or cancel your order within the next business day after receiving your reply.
- If we do not receive a reply from you within 7 days of placing your order, or if we are unable to find the returned item, we will confirm your request and contact you afterwards.
- Even if you cancel the tailoring, we will confirm your invoice after 7 days have passed, and once we have inspected the returned item, we will cancel your order and process your refund.
- Please note that in many cases the products are expensive.
